Questions, answered
Does EditorFlow store or process my video files?
No. Raw footage and cuts stay on whatever you already use — Drive, Dropbox, Frame.io, WeTransfer. EditorFlow only stores a link and a label for each version.
Do you hold or process my clients' payments?
No. You paste your own Stripe Payment Link, PayPal link, or similar onto each invoice. Money goes straight to you — marking an invoice "paid" is always something you do yourself.
Do my clients need to create an account?
No. Each client gets a private magic link that opens their proposal, contract, project, and invoices — no signup, no password, nothing to forget.
Can two of my clients see each other's information?
No. Every client's portal link is scoped to that client only, enforced at the database level — not just hidden in the interface.
Is the contract signature legally binding?
It's a lightweight signature — typed name, timestamp, and IP address — good for freelance client work, not a certified e-signature for high-stakes legal documents.
Can I use this with a team or other editors?
Not yet — EditorFlow is built specifically for solo freelance editors. Team features aren't on the roadmap right now.
